Partnership allows seamless, one-click syncing of rates between the two systems.
Beyond Pricing, the world’s most popular revenue management and dynamic pricing software for vacation rentals, is partnering with Orbirental, an innovative vacation rental management software platform, to bring seamless, one-click syncing of rates between the two systems.
“What excites us the most about this partnership is that it brings together two very open platforms with easy-to-integrate APIs,” said Ian McHenry, co-founder and president at Beyond Pricing. “This type of collaboration and openness is the future of vacation rental software.”
Orbirental is quickly building out a network of partners that integrate directly into their core property management system, including innovative companies like Igloohome, Tripping.com, BookingPal and Rentals United.
“I've been using Beyond Pricing for my own rental properties and been impressed by its effectiveness,” said Stephan Osmont, co-founder and CEO at Orbirental. “Beyond Pricing is the perfect partner for Orbirental, being totally in line with our vision of using outstanding technology to drive more automation in the industry, while providing an open and adaptable API that seamlessly integrates into our platform.”
The Beyond Pricing integration provides Orbirental users with a simple one-click activation, combined with deep integration into Orbirental’s core pricing engine, pushing dynamic prices to all listing channels connected by a property manager.
“As part of our effort to make Beyond Pricing available to everyone, no matter where they list or what software they use to manage their vacation rental, we’ve opened up our API to allow anyone to incorporate big data-driven, predictive, dynamic pricing into their system,” said McHenry. “Some of our biggest property managers are already building Beyond Pricing into their custom systems, while innovators like Orbirental have skyrocketed ahead of others by making dynamic pricing powered by Beyond Pricing available directly in their property management system.”
Orbirental’s open platform leverages an easy-to-use REST API to help partners easily push and pull data from Orbirental, making it simple to do things like distribute inventory to new channels like Tripping.com; automatically create key codes for guests, for example, with Igloohome or RentalLock; and connect to external online CRM services or cloud accounting systems, such as Quickbooks Online.
