At Beyond Pricing we thrive when we are building relationships with people. This week we are lucky enough to introduce two dynamic women to help us in this arena. Julie joins us as a recruiter to help find the right people for the team, and Tess joins us as a Customer Success Manager, dedicated to building relationships with our customers.


Julie has been recruiting for the last 15 years, most recently for several successful startups in the Bay Area. She has supported teams in hyper-growth mode filling roles across the board; Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. Julie's experience spans a multitude of industries, however this is her first foray into the vacation rental industry. She originally joined Beyond Pricing as a freelance recruiter and we are excited to have her join us full time.

On why she joined Beyond Pricing:

After working as a contract recruiter for three months with an amazing team that is committed and enthusiastic, inclusive and collaborative, I couldn’t wait for a permanent job offer!  When the opportunity arose, I didn’t hesitate to accept.  Now? I get to work daily with a group of people that put PEOPLE first. How lucky am I?


Tess grew up in San Francisco and after spending a few years away she is back in the City by the Bay. Most recently she worked for Wayfair in Boston as a strategic Account Manager. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. This summer, Tess biked 4,500 miles across the United States from Baltimore to Seattle for an organization that supports cancer research.

On why she joined Beyond Pricing:

I am excited to join a fast growing tech company like Beyond Pricing. After meeting the team I knew this was a place that I could make an impact while working with amazing people. I am delighted to join the Customer Success Team.
