We've been off to a busy start to 2020 here at Beyond Pricing! In January, we launched exciting new features, product updates, and integrations just for you. Let's check them out.
Your Dashboard has a whole new look! Dashboard 2.0 surfaces the secret sauce to revenue management with Beyond Pricing, bringing to the forefront the methodology we’ve honed in on while helping our customers (you!) successfully manage rates and grow businesses.
What’s new? You can now sort the Dashboard by booking pace and get a snapshot of restrictions in prices and calendar blocks in the next 90 days that might be affecting performance.
Clicking into “Adjust Price”, you can expand recent Base Price changes, view historical listing stats, and easily adjust rates in increments or decrements of 5-10%.

P.S. While you are on your Dashboard, check out the recently released filtering options! You can now filter and save groups of listings based on listing location, Escapia or Track categories, bedroom size, and more.
Updated Listing Level Stats Tab
Track a listing’s performance year over year with 30 months of data on occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue pacing, and more in the Stats Tab for each listing.
A new chart, Revenue Pacing by Stay Date, helps you see if you are on track to make the same amount of revenue as you did the previous year at the same point in the year.
Maybe the best part? We’ve added a download button (in the top right-hand corner of the page) so you can easily share performance updates with your team or the property owner.
Designed for Property Managers but useful for everyone, Listing Notes enable you to create notes about each listing right in Beyond Pricing, so you always have the background context on a listing you and your team need. Is the bathroom being remodeled? Is the calendar blocked because an owner is staying for a few weeks? Make note of that here!
Orphan Minimum Stay in Customize Tab
If you manage your Minimum Stay requirements through Beyond Pricing and use Gap Fills, we now give you the option to control the minimum number of nights that will open up between bookings. While we encourage our customers not to put too many restrictions around Minimum Stay requirements, we understand that sometimes turnarounds for one night stays can be difficult. You can set this floor for Minimum Stays when Gap Fills are active right in the Customize Tab for a listing.
